Subscriptions and purchases

I paid but the app still shows locked sections

Open the subscription screen from any locked section and tap Restore purchases. This asks Apple for your purchase again and reopens everything it covers. You do not need an account for this.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose MidRound and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I made an account after buying. Is my subscription on it?

Yes. A purchase made before you signed up moves to your account when you create it. If it does not appear, tap Restore purchases while signed in.

Your account

Do I need an account?

No. Every card, every fight and the tale of the tape open without one. An account is needed for search and the full list of discoveries.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile, then Account, and tap Delete account. This erases the account and everything stored with it. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your iPhone settings as above.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap the link to reset it. We email you a code to set a new one.

The content

Where does the information come from?

Discoveries are things published about a fighter by news outlets, the promotion and the fighters themselves, and each one names its source. Patterns describe what happened historically to fighters in a similar situation. Records come from the UFC's results and, for a fighter's whole professional record, from the record table of their Wikipedia article.

Does MidRound tell me who will win?

No. MidRound never gives predictions, picks or odds. It reports what has been published and what history did, and leaves the judgement to you.

Something is wrong or out of date

Email us with the fighter, the card and what looks wrong. Content is refreshed every six hours, and corrections we make reach the app without an update.

Notifications and ads

Choose which alerts you get in Profile, then Alerts. The free tier shows one non-personalised banner; you can review your choice in Profile, About and data, Ad choices. Subscribers see no ads.
